Interdisciplinary Curriculum Development Workshop Series

The Interdisciplinary Curriculum Development Workshop Series began life as the Humanities Workshop Series in 1994. The Humanities Workshop Series has been dormant since 2011, but is being revived and expanded beginning in February 2016. The Interdisciplinary Curriculum Development Workshop operates on the theory that everyday places and activities can be used by curriculum developers to illustrate and teach across a wide spectrum of disciplines, hence the theme of "... as a Classroom".

The 2016 site for the Interdisciplinary Curriculum Development Workshop Series is Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. This year's theme: "The Golf Course as a Classroom."

The Interdisciplinary Curriculum Workhop inspires faculty members to collaborate across the curriculum and to integrate experiential learning into the classroom.

The Interdisciplinary Curriculum Development Workshop Series accepts sponsorships from higher education-related organizations who are interested in reaching the decision-makers in our audience. For details, see our sponsorship page
