Board of Directors

The Consortium is governed by a Board of Directors. A President, appointed, supervised, and evaluated by the Board, oversees the operations and activities of the Consortium. The President works with the Executive Steering Committee and standing committees to accomplish Consortium objectives.

The Board’s responsibilities include:

• Approval and revision of the Charter and By Laws,
• Determination of policy,
• Approval of dues,
• Approval of the annual Consortium budget,
• Approval of all standing committees,
• The hiring, supervision, and evaluation of the President,
• Approval of all new members.

The Board of Directors meets three times during the calendar year.
